Question Bricked MediaNav

Today my MediaNav bricked. It was being updated to the latest software (operating system - not map data). The MediaNav shut down part-way through this process, and it stopped.
On a manual power on, it showed the welcome screen and nothing else. It is permanently in this state, and I mean permanently. I have tried the "get out of jail card" that MediaNav toolbox provides, but the MediaNav tablet does not appear to be able to read the USB port. So it is seriously bricked.
Does anybody know where the reset button is or how to reboot a MediaNav system?
